This year there is no fee associated with participating in SportsFest, we simply ask that you share with us the charity /non-profit beneficiary of your choice that some of the proceeds from your event will be donated back to. Please be prepared to share details about how much you donated, as well as how many participants your event had.
Groups/Sports teams particpating in Sportsfest and using city property will be required to provide a certificiate of insurance listing the City of Port Colborne as additional insured, for a $2 million liablity amount, as well as referencing Sportsfest. Certificates can be submitted to eventservices@portcolborne.ca.
